Deep ruby glass, metallic iridescent finish with purple highlights. Often used as the base decor for etched decorations
Awesome Art Nouveau form
Measures approx 6 inches tall, 3 inches across flared top and 3.5 inches across the bottom
Finely polished round pontil mark
Nice condition, no chips or cracks – one small spot of raised extra glass near the opening – this happened when the vase was made
Unmarked, but identified on the Loetz.com website (see last two photos)
