Pack of 5 – Risograph Compatible Separator Pad
, Scraper Pad, Feeder Pad, Friction Pad – however you call it.  The feed roller pushes against this pad to feed paper into your digital duplicator.  This item wears out and causes several different kinds of misfeeds.  You can change it easily by yourself or you could call a technician and pay $70 per hour for them to change.
If your Duplicator is misfeeding – feeding 2-3 sheets at a time, not feeding paper at all; it is probably this tiny seperator pad that is the culprit.  If you still have feed problems after replacing then we suggest you change the feed tires as well. You can tell a bad tire if you look at the ridges and they are well rounded instead of more pointed. We have many of these aftermarket replacement for part #019-1833-006 and it is good to purchase an extra just in case.  If you feel a feed roller size divit in your present pad then it is bad. Pad measurements are 1-5/16 wide x 5/8″ tall x 1/8″ thick (or 33 mm x 16 mm x 3 mm).  If your pad measures the same this replacement pad should work just fine on your duplicator.
